How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Casualemployers Roofing, you are connected with an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider runs its own business. It sets its own prices, schedule and terms.
We do not list staff bios here, because the people who do your roof work are the provider's people, not ours. That is why the questions below matter so much.
What Happens on the First Call
Keep it simple. You describe the roof problem and when it started. The provider may ask about your roof's age, the type of shingles and whether there was a storm. You may be offered a time for someone to look at the roof.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
Have your notes and photos nearby. They save time and help the provider understand the job.
Questions to Ask a Provider
Write these down before you talk. Good answers sound clear and calm. Vague answers are a signal to slow down.
- Are you licensed and insured where I live? A good answer is a clear yes, with paperwork you can see.
- Will I get a written quote? It should list materials, labor and what is not included.
- Who does the work? Ask if it is the provider's own crew or hired help.
- How do you handle surprises, like rotted wood under the shingles? A good provider explains how extra costs are approved first.
- Can you help document damage for an insurance claim? Many can provide photos and notes.
- What warranty details come in writing? Get it on paper.
Red Flags
Be careful if someone pushes you to sign today. Be careful with large payments upfront, door-to-door offers after a storm, or a quote that is only spoken out loud. Good providers welcome questions.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can get more than one estimate. You can say no. You can take a day to think.
Typical costs vary a lot by roof size, materials and the state of the decking underneath. Always get a written quote before you agree to work.
