How to Raise a Complaint

A Gary home with a newly installed roof under a clear sky

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Casualemployers Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Casualemployers Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Casualemployers Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@casualemployers.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
